The intense heat of the day begins to die down, as gusts of wind blow across the paradise plains. As I lay down in the back of the Land Rover, I quickly look towards the sky, with not a single cloud in sight.
I begin to ponder how many hours I have spent out here in the Mara, patiently awaiting for those infinite and limitless moments to unfold. Looking through my field notes, last week alone was 46.
